Holiday Operating Schedule - 2025/2026

The team at Boosted Kiwi will be taking some well deserved time off over Christmas & New Years 2025 / 2026. We are away from 5.00pm the 19th of December, and will be returning on Monday the 5th of January.

Orders placed prior to 5pm on Friday the 19th will be dispatched on Monday the 22nd of December. 

Orders placed after 5.00pm on Friday the 19th of December will be processed on Monday the 5th of January. 

Due to the large volume of deliveries couriers will have to deal with after the holiday period, we may be asked to use a 'staggered' approach to dispatch them. So please don't panic if your tracking number doesn't update right away as it may go out the door at 'any' point during that week.

Emails:

We will only have extremely limited access to emails during this time, so please note that a response during this period isn't guaranteed. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible once we are back on board.

We will respond to emails on a first-in, first-out basis and but due to the way our inbox works, sending multiple queries will effectively 'kick' you to the back of the list, as it will prioritise our older emails first. So please only send one email. If you haven't heard from us by the 9th of Jan, please send a follow-up.

Orders Cancellations:

Please note that we WILL NOT be accepting cancellations of orders if you haven't read our operating schedule over the break. Nearly all businesses will take some time off over this period, so please ensure you are aware of our shipping & processing times and are happy to wait if necessary for your order prior to completing your checkout.
