Christmas & New Years 2024 - Operating Hours
The team at Boosted Kiwi will be taking some well deserved time off over the Christmas and New Year period, so please note the below dates and timeframes for our operating schedule.
December:
- Tuesday 17th 5.00pm - Cut-off for 2024 orders and shipping
- Tuesday 17th 7.00pm - Outstanding 2024 orders processed, couriers booked, and items packaged
- Wednesday 18th - FINAL Courier Pickup for 2024
- Thursday 19th - CLOSED from 12.00pm until 6th Jan 2024
January:
- Monday 6th - Orders placed between 5:00pm 17/12/2024 - 27/12/2024 will be processed & packaged
- Wednesday 8th - Courier Pickup
- Sunday 12th - Orders placed between 28/12/2024 and 06/01/2025 will be processed & packaged
- Tuesday 14th - Courier Pickup
- Saturday 18th - All remaining outstanding orders will be processed & packaged
- Monday 20th - Courier Pickup - business operation back to normal.
Emails:
We will do our best to periodically respond to emails and queries over the break, but cannot guarantee a response timeframe. Please do not bombard us with multiple queries over this time, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
We will respond to emails on a first-in, first-out basis and but due to the way our inbox works, sending multiple queries will effectively 'kick' you to the back of the list, as it will prioritise our older emails first. Due to a potentially large amount of queries, some may get lost in our inbox when we are back on board and catching up. So if you haven't heard back from us by the 7th of Jan, please re-send your query. We won't be ignoring you, it may have just slipped through the cracks!
Summary:
- CLOSED from 12.00pm 19/12/2024 - 06/01/2025
- Emails may be periodically checked, but no response time guarantee
- Cut-off for 2024 orders is 5.00pm 17/12/2024
- Orders placed between 17/12/2024 - 27/12/2024 will be shipped on 08/01/2025
- Orders placed between 28/12/2024 - 06/01/2025 will be shipped on 14/01/2025
- From 20/01/2025 business operation returns to normal
Orders Cancellations:
Please note that we WILL NOT be accepting cancellations of orders if you haven't read our operating schedule over the break. Most businesses will take some time off over this period, so please ensure you are aware of our shipping & processing times and are happy to wait if necessary for your order prior to completing your checkout.
