Christmas & New Years 2023 - Operating Hours

The team at Boosted Kiwi will be taking some well deserved time off over the Christmas and New Year period, so please note the below dates and timeframes for our operating schedule.

December:

 - Monday 18th - Orders for the prior week will be processed. Cutoff is 10:30am
 - Tuesday 19th - Courier Pickup
 - Wednesday 20th 5.00pm - FINAL round of processing for 2023
 - Thursday 21st - FINAL courier pickup for 2023
 - Thursday 21st - CLOSED from 12:00pm until 3 Jan 2024

January:

- Wednesday 3rd - Orders placed between 5:00pm 20/12/2023 - 27/12/2023 will be processed & packaged
 - Thursday 4th - Courier Pickup
 - Sunday 7th - Orders placed between 28/12/2023 and 04/01/2024 will be processed & packaged
 - Tuesday 9th - Courier Pickup
 - Sunday 14th - All remaining outstanding orders will be processed & packaged
 - Tuesday 16th - Courier Pickup - business operation back to normal.

Emails:

We will do our best to periodically respond to emails and queries over the break, but cannot guarantee a response timeframe. Please do not bombard us with queries over this time, we will get back to you as soon as we can. 

Due to a potentially large amount of queries, some may get lost in our inbox when we are back on board and catching up. So if you haven't heard back from us by the 4th of Jan, please re-send your query. Sending multiple follow ups prior to this just makes it harder for us to get back to everyone. We won't be ignoring you, it may have just slipped through the cracks!

Summary:

- Emails will be periodically checked, but no response time guarantee
- Cut-off for 2023 orders is 5.00pm 20/12/2023
- CLOSED from 12.00pm 21/12/2023 - 03/01/2023
- Orders placed between 28/12/2023 - 04/01/2024 will be shipped on 09/01/2024
- Orders placed between 05/01/2024 - 14/01/2024 will be shipped on 16/01/2024
- From 17/01/2024 business operation returns to normal

Orders Cancellations:

Please note that we WILL NOT be accepting cancellations of orders if you haven't read our operating schedule over the break. Most businesses will take some time off over this period, so please ensure you are aware of our shipping & processing times and are happy to wait if necessary for your order prior to completing your checkout.
